At Maya & Henry's, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
